This spell functions like dispel magic, greater, except that there is no maximum on your caster level check.

Additionally, when you target a creature, you roll a caster level check against each of that creature's magic items; on success, the item cannot function for 1d4 minutes. When you target an area, the highest-level spell and the highest-level magic item of each creature is targeted.
